The holiday season is finally here! And what better way to celebrate it than with a cup of delicious coffee? We're excited to introduce our new Christmas Blend. This coffee is a perfect combination of three distinct coffees from El Salvador, Vietnam, and Guatemala. With tasting notes of Rum & Raisin ice cream in a waffle cone, this coffee is sure to evoke all the warm and cozy holiday feelings you've been waiting for.
We carefully curated our Christmas Blend using some of the best beans from three different countries. The 60% Guatemala El Boqueron Natural is the backbone of this year's blend. It has a sparkling and bright flavour, with red wine and orange poundcake on top and dark chocolate underneath.
We also added 30% El Salvador Tres Puertas Washed to bring a sweet and simple taste of milk chocolate and caramel.
Finally, we added 10% Vietnam Bao Loc & Duc Trong Mills Washed, a relatively rare Arabica from a country known for its Robusta production. This sprinkle makes this coffee special and gives it a big body, with complex flavours.
For the best tasting experience, we recommend enjoying our Christmas Blend with milk. You can make a perfect cup by using a dose of 21, a yield of 45, and a time of 25-26 seconds. From the first sip, you'll taste the warm and rich flavours of the holiday season, making this coffee a perfect addition to your holiday brunch or evening dessert.
