SOUL ORIGIN IS EXPANDING WITH THEIR NEW STORE OPENING IN LIDCOMBE SHOPPING CENTRE!
Through tough times can sometimes come small wins, and that was the sentiment that filled the lines of people waiting for coffee at the latest Soul Origin store. To celebrate the opening of Soul Origin’s 116th location, the Franchise Partners and experienced small business owners Gavin and Kelvin, offered free coffee all day to customers to celebrate the launch. Gavin and Kelvin believe the free coffee day was a great way to meet the locals and introduce them to the Soul Origin brand:
“We are excited to bring Soul Origin to Lidcombe Shopping Centre. This area has always been a tight knit community and we are really looking forward to contributing and supporting that community with our quality coffee and fresh food.”
Whilst many businesses are under immense financial strain it was unique to see a Franchise Partner not only launch a new business but be excited about the opportunities that lay ahead. Adam Neill, Chief Operating l Officer believes that Soul Origin has been able to wear the storm of COVID due to the supportive culture of the Franchise Partners and their authentic connections to the people within their communities.
“It was a real privilege to see the community support the store received on opening day. There is no doubt of the impact of COVID; however most of our stores have been fortunate enough to have built strong relationships with their customers which has not only helped them get through, but also yield growth in some markets.
